Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of LoadVetting. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LoadVetting, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that company’s behalf.
2. About LoadVetting
LoadVetting is operated by Jahaz Services Inc., the legal entity that provides the service. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Jahaz Services Inc., the operator of the service.
LoadVetting helps freight brokers and shippers research motor carriers by bringing together publicly available data and generating risk scores and indicators to support that research.
3. Carrier data
Carrier information shown in LoadVetting comes from publicly available sources, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and its SAFER system, along with other third-party data providers and APIs.
This data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not create or verify the underlying government records, and we are not responsible for errors in the source data.
4. The Risk Signal
The Risk Signal is the Lower, Medium, or Higher tier and the 0–100 score you see on a carrier’s page. It is LoadVetting’s own assessment, generated from public FMCSA and DOT data.
The Risk Signal is not a federal safety rating. It is not a compliance guarantee, and it is not a recommendation to book or haul freight with any carrier.
Because it relies on government data, the Risk Signal can be incomplete or out of date. It does not replace your own due diligence before you assign a load.
Dispatch indicators and other alerts in LoadVettingare built the same way: informational tools generated from carrier data, not legal or compliance advice, and not a recommendation to hire any carrier.
You are responsible for independently verifying a carrier’s authority, insurance, and safety status before tendering a load.
5. Where our data comes from
Carrier information in LoadVetting is built from public U.S. government transportation records, including data published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This includes registration details, operating authority, insurance filings, inspection reports, crash reports, and safety measurement data.
These government records can be delayed, incomplete, or later corrected by the agency that publishes them. We refresh our copy of the data on a regular schedule, but at any given moment it may not match the very latest state of the official record.
LoadVetting does not control, generate, or verify these government records. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in the source data.
6. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed by Jahaz Services Inc. in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Jahaz Services Inc., and you can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Charges and receipts will show Jahaz Services Inc. and/or LoadVetting.
